There are many school functions that we have attended and many that we have participated in as well.

The visit from the “youngsters” is something that the oldies of Apon Ghar eagerly wait for. So it was no surprise to see the smiles on their faces on 25th April 2013 when the ladies of Anavi visited the old age home to distribute the groceries.

Rehabilitation Centres For Children, RCFC is an organisation which has dedicated itself to serve the orthopedically disabled underprivileged children.

As per our itenary, we visited the Collin Street Janakalyan School on 20th March, 2013.

There are 25 school children in Topsia Creche, who are in need school bags.

On 25th February, Anavi donated a LCD TV to an old-age home at Thakurpukur, Apon Ghor. Here all the 25 inmates are women.

On 11th February 2013, the members of Anavi made a visit to Topsia Creche.

Like every year, this year too Anavi organised an annual picnic during the winters in the suburbs of Kolkata.

Apon Ghar, situated in Thakurpukur, Kolkata, is an old-aged home for women. Anavi has been visiting this place or quite few years.

Anavi organised a dance programme on 21st December ’12 with some girls of Chetla Nabaneer Non-formal Teaching School.
