Anavi has always believed in having celebrations with a difference. Be it any festival or our anniversary. Continuing the tradition of spreading cheer to the under privileged during the season of Durga Puja and Diwali, we organized our visits to two of the institutes that have long been part of the Anavi family.

Anavi Mumbai’s first visit was to the Balikashram, Bhiwandi in Thane on 21st Dec 2013.

In order to celebrate 150th Anniversary of our Father of Nation (Gandhiji), ANAVI Lucknow had organized a charity event on 2nd October at “Mother Teresa Missionaries of Charity – Old Age Home”, Sapru Marg, Lucknow in the afternoon.

ANAVI Team Mumbai celebrated Elder’s Day on 01st October with the inmates of Old Age Home run by Little Sisters of The Poor. ANAVI Volunteers carried party props for the Elders of the Home and played the game of Housie with them which is their favourite.

On 25th of September, 2019 Team ANAVI Mumbai paid a visit to Jyothi’s Care Centre at Taloja where they shelter destitute women.

Anavi team of Chandigarh conducted first function on 18th September by distributing 36 T-shirts to students of Govt. Elementary School- Bansepur, Mohali Punjab. There are total 35 Students.

This year, Teacher’s Day celebration was conducted at Sarsuna Girl’s home. The girls performed few Yoga Postures they learned in recent times showing respect towards the teachers of the Home. Team Anavi was present along with Capt. Deepak Correa.

On 22nd Aug, 2019, ANAVI volunteers along with Team of Doctors from Sea Bird Medical Centre, Mumbai conducted a medical check-up camp for over 120 boys at Our Lady’s Home (For Boys) located at Dadar.

Even when you are not a doctor you can save lives. If you’re a blood donor, you’re a hero to someone, somewhere, who received your gracious gift of life.
Keeping tradition alive, Anglo Eastern in association with Dehradun seafarer welfare Association and IMA Blood Bank organized it’s 4th Blood donation camp on 20-Aug-2019 at Anglo Eastern Dehradun Premises.

Delhi Anavi team visited UDAYAN CARE GIRLS NGO & spent about an hour with the kids and celebrated Raksha Bandhan. We distributed School bags, stationary items, Chocolates and Sweets. We saw kids were very Happy to see us and it was very much satisfaction and peaceful feeling for all of us.
