Anavi has conducted a small English exam on 18th of Febuary for the Sarsuna Homes Girls to check on how good they are with their communications and based on their performance they have received gifts as well.

21st January – Apon Ghar
2019 started with a nigh note with lunch for all inmates of Apon Ghar. Team Anavi have a special inclination towards the members of Apon Ghar and love to spend time with them. On that visit, lunch was organized along with evening tea and snacks.

A bunch of enthusiastic volunteers from Mumbai Office visited the Home for the Aged on 18th Jan 2019.

ANAVI has undertaken the construction of an Anganvadi (Nursery school) building at Attappady tribal colony, in Kerala. The ‘Bhoomi Pujan’ (Foundation stone laying ceremony) was performed on the site on 17th Jan 2019.

On 18th Dec, Capt. Deepak, Ms. Mithra, Mr. Rolph, Ms. Beena, Ms. Sharon and Ms. Seema visited Janvi Charitable Trust for celebrating Christmas with children at our school Anavi- Janvi Kindergarten school.

Anavi is always a step ahead when it comes to social work. Recently a new name, Paripurnata has been added as the benefeciary.

“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give” as said by Sir Winston Churchill is food for thought for ANAVI team.

Sarsuna Home have been a major area where ANAVI has provided a major emphasis. With each passing month, the team has come up with a new mechanism to provide a sense of pleasure.

It was a happy day for Capt. Correa, Allena and me (Athira) as we visited Jyothis Care Centre at Taloja. As promised to Sr Jisna and Sr Dinetia in our last visit, Anavi team had arranged for a manual Sewing Machine for the ladies. We also provided bedsheets and pillow covers to them.
