Anglo -Eastern Kolkata is happy to celebrate ANAVI’s 15th Birthday touching the lives of those she began with.
APONGHAR OLD AGE HOME and Pediatric Cancer department of Saroj Gupta cancer centre and Research Institute.
15th Birthday Celebration started at 0600 hrs with tree plantation at Aarush Memorial Trust ,the present NGO associated with ANAVI. After plantation we moved to Saroj Gupta Cancer Center where we offered goody bags containing fruits of their choice , juice, biscuits etc. The children are suffering from the deadly disease, accepted with gratitude our offering which brought smile on their faces ,
We returned from cancer centre and proceeded to APON GHAR (old -age home ).There was a cake cutting ceremony . The oldest lady cut the cake with smile and then we offered them lunch . We have already taken their choice of food well before and made what they like .
The celebration ended with plantation trees near our office area.

On June 13, 2024, the ANAVI Mumbai team visited ISKCON Talasari Farms, 100 km from our Mumbai office to plant trees and raise awareness about the importance of environmental protection.
